We have deliberately designed this corporate website to minimise data collection. Google Analytics is used only after your explicit consent.

2. Website access and server logs

When this website is accessed, the web server processes technically necessary data. This may include the IP address, date and time of access, requested file, amount of data transferred, browser type, operating system and previously visited page. This processing is necessary to provide the website securely and without errors.

The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the secure and reliable operation of our website.

3. Hosting

This website is hosted by united-domains. The data described in section 2 may be processed on the hosting provider's systems. Where legally required, this processing is carried out under a data processing agreement.

4. Cookies and consent management

4.1 Necessary storage of your selection

To respect your cookie selection, we store the necessary cookie broxfer_consent in your browser for 180 days. It contains only the information whether you have allowed necessary cookies only or also analytics cookies. This storage is required for consent management. The legal basis is Section 25(2)(2) TDDDG; subsequent processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

4.2 Google Analytics 4

If you expressly consent in the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Google Analytics helps us understand how visitors use our website. Usage data, pages viewed, technical information about the browser and device, and an IP address may in particular be processed.

Google Analytics is technically loaded only after your consent. The legal basis for storage and access to information on your device is Section 25(1) TDDDG; subsequent data processing is based on Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. The analytics cookies _ga and _ga_<measurement-ID> may be stored for up to two years. A transfer of data to Google LLC in the USA cannot be ruled out.

Advertising and personalisation functions are disabled on this website. You can withdraw or change your consent at any time with effect for the future. Use the “Cookie settings” link in the footer of every page. When consent is withdrawn, we remove the Google Analytics cookies that are accessible on this domain.

5. Contacting us

If you contact us by email or telephone, we process the information you provide in order to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to pre-contractual or contractual matters. In all other cases, processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

We delete contact data once it is no longer required to handle your enquiry and no statutory retention obligations prevent deletion.

6. External links

This website contains links to our brand websites, Amazon, Google Maps and WhatsApp. A connection to these providers is established only when you actively select the relevant link. From that point onwards, the privacy provisions of the respective provider apply. External content is not embedded in this website.

7. Retention period

Personal data is stored only for as long as necessary for the relevant purpose. Statutory retention periods remain unaffected. Once the applicable period has expired, data is deleted or anonymised.

8. Your rights

Subject to the applicable legal requirements, you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You may withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The Polish Urząd Ochrony Danych Osobowych (UODO) is in particular responsible for our registered office.

9. Encryption

This website uses an encrypted HTTPS connection. This protects transmitted data from unauthorised access by third parties.
