01 / For manufacturers and makers in Poland

Your craft. Our shared opportunities.

Whether you run your own workshop, a craft business or a production facility, what matters is your expertise, a good product, consistent quality and reliable commitments.

There is no universal minimum capacity. Quantities need to match your capabilities and the economics of the product.

  • You manufacture your own products and understand your costs.
  • You can state realistic monthly output and the lead time needed to increase it.
  • Materials, dimensions and finish remain consistent across repeat orders.
  • You can commit to delivery dates and supply the agreed quantities.
  • You want a long-term partnership and are open to selling under our brands.

02 / B2C + B2B

More than an online shop.

We reach consumers and businesses. Our brands connect us with a network of B2B customers and volume buyers, including hotels and food service businesses.

Consumers

Our own shops and our brands’ presence on marketplaces help suitable products reach individual customers.

Hotels and hospitality

Brollux and our hotel lighting business connect us with professional buyers.

Food transport

THERM BOX connects us with catering, food service and food transport customers. We can introduce suitable products to this network.

Your craftsmanship. Our established brands.

We invest in our own brands, already present in the market. Recognition and trust support sales and provide a foundation for growth. We therefore sell suitable products under our brands. Labelling, packaging and any changes are agreed before we start.

Each partner focuses on what they do best.

You: production and quality

You manufacture to the agreed specification, plan production and meet delivery dates. You remain responsible for the quality of your goods.

We: branding and sales

We prepare photography, video, graphics and sales materials. We organise marketing and sales to consumers and businesses.

We: service and logistics

We handle storage, dispatch, end-customer service and consumer returns. We agree the specific logistics arrangements together.

Practical resources for a lasting partnership.

We have 2,000 pallet spaces, headquarters in Opole and a service and warehouse location in Germany. Our own photo and video studio and a graphic designer supported by AI tools help us prepare products efficiently. Our company history dates back to 2009; we have operated in Poland since 2012.

Together we can plan seasonal orders, production ahead of Christmas and larger runs of fewer variants. This supports better use of production capacity and investment planning.

03 / How it works

From your first proposal to working together.

Usually ready for sales in 1–4 weeks

Once the product, terms and required documentation are agreed, we usually prepare it for sales within 1–4 weeks, depending on the product.

  1. Introduce your product

Send photos, a description, your price, monthly capacity and delivery lead time. An ordinary email is enough.

  2. Review together

We assess the product, price and market potential. We discuss details by phone, video or in person in Opole.

  3. Agree a sample

If the offer is a good fit, we request a sample. Costs, shipping and any return arrangements are agreed beforehand.

  4. Set clear terms

We record specification, quality, prices, quantities, delivery dates, payment terms and branding in writing.

  5. Prepare sales

We create the materials and listings. Purchasing and production begin on the agreed basis.

04 / Introduce your product

Show us what you make.

You do not need a polished presentation. Clear information and a few good photographs are enough to get started. The first step is always an email introducing your product and including your contact details. We use dedicated supplier contact details, separate from customer service. We will send these in our personal reply, then arrange a phone call, video call or meeting.

Introduce your product

The button opens your email application with a template to complete. Attach your photos before sending.

Email our manufacturer team
  • Your name, business, production location, email and phone number
  • Photos and a short product description
  • Materials, dimensions, variants and surface treatments
  • Net supply price, volume pricing and minimum order if applicable
  • Realistic monthly output and scope to increase capacity
  • Production and delivery lead times
  • Packaging; collection price or price including delivery to Opole

Only include product documents or test reports if you already have them. For wooden products, tell us which varnishes or oils you use, for example. We will explain which further information and documents your product requires.

Deliver to Opole or arrange collection.

You can deliver to Opole or agree collection with us. For collection, goods must be securely packed on Euro pallets or one-way pallets measuring 120 × 80 cm. Quote the collection price and, if available, the delivered price separately.

We inspect incoming goods.

Damage and significant deviations from the agreed quality are raised as claims. Goods may be returned under the agreed conditions. We handle consumer returns; the manufacturer remains responsible for the quality of their delivery.

FAQ

Clear answers before our first conversation.

Do you buy stock or work on consignment?

Outright purchasing is our standard approach, with payment terms agreed individually. If a maker is confident in a product and we want to test its market potential first, we may agree a consignment trial. This is not a requirement for our normal purchasing model.

How should I calculate my price?

Include materials, labour, overheads and your profit. Your price must remain viable at the planned volume. Quantity discounts should reflect genuine savings from larger runs. State whether delivery to Opole is included. Ultimately, the product and price must appeal to customers.

Why is the retail price higher than my supply price?

Our margin pays for our work: photography, graphics, marketing, storage, packaging, logistics, customer service and returns. It also covers staff, administration and relevant registrations and testing, depending on the product and market. Both partners work, incur costs and should earn a profit.

Can we develop and protect ideas together?

Yes. We can develop products together and discuss options for protecting designs or other solutions. The steps and scope of protection are agreed for each project.

How do you handle confidential information and samples?

We treat submitted ideas and information confidentially, including when we decide not to proceed. For sensitive projects, we can agree confidentiality terms before details are shared. Sample costs, shipping and possible returns are agreed in advance.

Can we meet in person?

Yes, by appointment at ul. Ozimska 184 in Opole, or at your premises when needed. We regularly travel throughout Poland and visit our suppliers. Practical discussions often spark great ideas, and working together is easier when we know each other personally. Start by introducing your product by email; we will then agree the next conversation and any visit.

A good product. A shared next step.

You know your production. We know our sales channels. Let’s explore whether we can build a long-term partnership.
